Scope of Contract
The website https://stivikpro.com/wp is the property of STIVIKpro Lda, with registered offices at Estrada Nacional 247, Km 66.25 Terrugem Park, Armazém 1, 2705-869 Terrugem – Sintra, registered at the Cascais Commercial Registry Office under the single registration and legal person number 507 392 787, with share capital of 50,000.00 €.
Prices, conditions and purchase procedures will be unambiguous to the User. Product information (through technical data and physical description) is clearly displayed.
The User assumes full responsibility for the purchase and use of equipment purchased from STIVIKPRO.com that may, through misuse, cause personal injury or damage to third parties. Whenever the User does not have basic training in the use of the equipment purchased, it is advisable to include in their order the personal delivery package with the respective training on the use of the equipment (Portugal) or alternatively to enrol in one of the various certified professional training courses that STIVIKPRO TRAINING promotes throughout the year.
It is of the utmost importance that the User reads the General Conditions of Sale carefully before confirming the order. Thus, once the User has finalised their purchase and clicked on the payment option confirming the order, they will be asked for their access details (or to register as a User) and will have to explicitly select the option in which they accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale in order to continue with the purchase process. Only registered Users can buy from STIVIKPRO.COM.
Activating this option confirms that the User fully understands and accepts the Conditions of Sale detailed below.
Prices
STIVIKPRO.COM’s product offer is subject to stock availability. STIVIKPRO.COM reserves the right to withdraw products from the sales offer without prior notice.
The prices indicated are in Euro and include VAT (Value Added Tax). When confirming your order, VAT will be included in the amount to be paid, as well as shipping costs.
STIVIKPRO.COM may make price variations, whether due to loyalty, the purchase of products above a certain value, product promotions or other reasons that STIVIKPRO.COM may deem appropriate. However, it is STIVIKPRO.COM that offers these discounts and offers freely and voluntarily, when it deems it appropriate. These discounts can never be demanded or requested by the User.
STIVIKPRO.COM reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and may even update products and prices on a daily basis in line with the market.
STIVIKPRO.COM is not responsible for errors in product information caused by graphic errors, system failures or intervention by third parties without consent. STIVIKPRO.COM is not responsible for the expectations that product images may create in the User, outside of the specifications expressly and clearly indicated in their respective technical data sheets.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are specified in the order confirmation. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and the weight of the products chosen by the customer. STIVIKPRO.COM reserves the right to change the threshold for exemption from shipping costs at any time and without prior notice.
The price applicable to the purchase made by the User will be the one stated at the time of acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale, except for graphic errors, system failures or stock management.
Upon receipt of an order, STIVIKPRO.COM reserves the right to vary prices at any time for objective reasons such as graphic errors, system failures or intervention by third parties without the consent of STIVIKPRO.COM, with the client having the power to terminate the contract if the final price is higher than initially stipulated.
Payment methods
Payment for purchases made through STIVIKPRO.COM can be made by cheque or cash sent directly to our address mentioned above, by bank transfer, by credit card: Visa and Mastercard, payment by ATM reference or payment by PayPal.
Payment by credit card
Before finalising the order, the Registered User must provide proof of the purchase price and the order’s shipping address. The shipping address is by default the address the User entered on the registration form. If the User wishes the shipping address to be different (“Deliver to another address”), they must change it in the shopping basket (Customer) before finalising the order.
Once the User has clicked on “Next” in the shopping basket (Customer), they can select “Credit Card” payment.
Once the order has been finalised, the User goes directly to PAYPAL where they can then pay by credit card or through their PayPal account. In addition to entering their credit card number and expiry date, the User must enter the credit card’s secret key. The order process begins when the deposit is made into the STIVIKPRO.COM account. STIVIKPRO.COM will send you an email confirming payment by credit card (SEE DELIVERIES CHAPTER).
Payment by bank transfer / Bank check/ Cash
Before finalising the order, the Registered User must provide proof of the purchase price and the order’s shipping address. The shipping address is by default the address the User entered on the registration form. If the User wishes the shipping address to be different (“Deliver to another address”), they must change it in the shopping basket (Customer) before finalising the order.
Once the User has clicked on “Next” in the shopping basket (Customer), they can select the “Transfer/Bank Check/Cash” payment method.
FOnce the order has been placed, the User is shown a summary of their order details and instructions on how to pay by bank transfer/Bank Check/cash; they will receive the same information by e-mail. From this moment on, the User has a period of 5 days to make the bank transfer to the account number indicated, or send the cheque or cash to the address indicated. The processing of the order begins when STIVIKPRO.COM confirms that it has received the amount and verifies that it is correct. STIVIKPRO.COM will send an e-mail to the Registered User informing them that payment has been received and the delivery time for the order, which will be within a maximum of 3 working days (Portugal) and a maximum of 4 working days (Portugal – Islands and Europe) from the confirmation sent by e-mail by STIVIKPRO.COM. (SEE CHAPTER – DELIVERIES)
If the quantity entered exceeds the quantity requested in the order, and the customer has to be refunded, the cost of returning the quantity will be borne by the customer.
Payment by ATM reference
STIVIKPRO also allows you to pay for your order through the ATM network or via netbanking. With this payment method, you can comfortably pay for your orders just as you pay for water, electricity or top up your mobile phone. All you have to do is go to an ATM, home banking or even a mobile phone and follow the instructions that we send you by email after confirming your order. Your order will be processed immediately after you place your payment order.

Deliveries

Once the order amount has been received in the STIVIKPRO.COM account, order processing begins.
If payment for the order is made after 6.30pm, the order will not be processed until the following day, as STIVIKPRO.COM’s opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.30pm. These conditions do not apply on local, regional or national public holidays or weekends.
Deliveries with payment made by bank transfer/bank check/cash
As soon as the transfer has been successfully made by the User, STIVIKPRO.COM will confirm by e-mail to the User that the payment has been received and that the order has been processed.
Bank transfer receipts are received Monday to Friday from 9am to 6.30pm. Proofs received outside these hours will only be checked the following day, so the order will not be processed until the following day. Likewise, if the receipt is received on a Friday after 6.30pm, the order will not be processed until the following Monday, provided that the amount is correct. These conditions do not apply in the event of local, regional or national public holidays or weekends.
Order delivery times
Delivery times, estimated at a maximum of 3 days (Portugal – Mainland) and a maximum of 4 days (Portugal – Islands and Europe), are counted on working days – Monday to Friday – between 9am and 6pm. Deliveries are also subject to public holidays (local, regional and national).
Any change of delivery address if the parcel has already left STIVIKPRO.COM’s warehouses is the responsibility of the customer, who will have to pay the amount corresponding to the change of address when the parcel is delivered.
STIVIKPRO.COM cannot be held responsible for deliveries not being made on time due to force majeure, problems with the transport company or local, national or regional public holidays stipulated by the transport company.
Receção da encomenda
After receiving the corresponding payment, STIVIKPRO.COM will issue and send an invoice together with the order to the User’s registered address or to the address indicated by the User in the shopping basket. Upon receipt of the product, the User is obliged to check that their order number and the order number printed on the invoice match. The logistics company must deliver a Dispatch Order for the order to the recipient. The recipient is obliged to check that the number of packages delivered matches the number on the delivery Dispatch Order and to clearly indicate on the Dispatch Order if there are any incidents (bag breakage or opening, defective packaging) in the order.
The User’s signature on the Delivery Document implies the waiver of any type of claim or complaint regarding the goods ordered and received as to defective conditions.
The order travels to its destination with the cost of transport risk insurance included in the cost of transport. Both in order to activate the insurance and to resolve any delivery errors, it is essential that any incidents concerning the goods received or their packaging (opening of the parcel bag, etc.) are noted on the logistics company’s delivery note. It is also essential to report such incidents to STIVIKPRO.COM within a maximum of 24 hours. (SEE CHAPTER – RETURNS)
Returns
1. Product returns are accepted within the first 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or order by the customer, with prior authorisation from STIVIKPRO.COM.
2. he return of any product must be accepted in advance by STIVIKPRO.COM by email, which the customer must indicate:

3. Authorisation for the return will be communicated by STIVIKPRO.COM by e-mail. You will also be given a return number, which you must clearly indicate on the outside of the parcel. You then have a maximum of 10 working days to send the product to the following address:

4. You can also request a return using the form available in the Customer Service section (returns).
NO PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED WITHOUT THE RETURN NUMBER ASSIGNED BY STIVIKPRO.COM.
If after 10 working days we have not received the product, the return will be refused.
Once the goods have been received, if they are in perfect condition (not unpacked or showing signs of use) and in their original packaging, the amount will be refunded to the same account number from which payment was made.
If the material does not arrive in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all its accessories, STIVIKPRO.COM reserves the right to pay a lower amount than that previously charged or to refuse the return.
7. We do not accept returns of products without their original packaging.
8. Product damaged during transport: if the product arrives damaged during transport, it must be reported to STIVIKPRO.COM within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the outer packaging of the product is open or damaged upon receipt, it is essential that you INDICATE THIS ON THE SHIPPING FORM that you must sign upon receipt of the parcel. After making the claim, STIVIKPRO.COM will collect the defective product and when it is received in our warehouses we will send you a new product at no extra cost to the customer.
