Is the product I receive the same as shown in the photograph?

Yes. All images displayed correspond to the actual products. In case of any variation in colour or model, this information is clearly stated in the product description.

Where can I check my invoice?

The invoice is sent by email after payment confirmation. You can also access your account at stivikpro.com and view your order history.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return unused products in their original packaging. Please consult our Returns Policy for more information.

Will out-of-stock products be available again?

Whenever possible, we restock items. If you wish to be notified when a product becomes available, please contact us or use the “Notify me” option on the product page.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship throughout Mainland Portugal, the Islands (Azores and Madeira), and countries within the European Union. Please consult the shipping conditions for further details.

What is the warranty period?
All STIHL equipment comes with an official 2-year warranty. Some products may be eligible for an extended warranty upon registration.
