3.3 DHL Express (Orders 30–200 kg)
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Coverage: Mainland Portugal (all areas)

⚠️ Important: Delivery times for the islands depend on several factors:
- Availability of regular sea transport
- Weather and sea conditions

During peak periods (Christmas, Summer) or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be longer. We recommend ordering in advance.
4.3 Free Shipping for the Islands?
The free shipping promotion does not apply to shipments to the Azores and Madeira, regardless of the order value. Sea transport costs are always applied according to the table above.

STIVIKpro ships regularly to Mainland Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) via GLS PT/ES.

7. Shipping to Non-EU Countries
For shipments outside the European Union (Switzerland, the United Kingdom, USA, Brazil, etc.), STIVIKpro can provide solutions through specialised international carriers.
⚠️ Attention – Customer Responsibilities:For non-EU shipments, the customer is fully responsible for:
- All customs costs and procedures in the destination country
- Import taxes, local VAT and customs duties
- Obtaining any required licences or authorisations (if applicable)
- Local certifications required for motorised equipment
- Possible delays caused by customs inspections
STIVIKpro is not responsible for delays, additional costs or customs holds in third countries.
7.1 International Carriers
For non-EU shipments, we use:
- DHL Express: Urgent shipments (3–7 days) with priority tracking
- FedEx International: Balanced price/time option (5–10 days)
- UPS Worldwide: Bulky orders (7–15 days)
- Sea freight: Very bulky orders (4–8 weeks)
7.2 Required Documentation
Non-EU shipments require specific documentation:
- Detailed commercial invoice (in English)
- Certificate of origin (EUR.1 form or similar)
- Customs declaration (CN22/CN23)
- Technical data sheet and equipment manual
- Certificates of conformity (CE, if applicable)
- EORI number (for businesses)
STIVIKpro provides all required documentation on the Portuguese side. Customs clearance in the destination country is the responsibility of the customer or their customs agent.

10. Delivery Issues
10.1 Damaged Order or Open Package
If you receive an order with damaged or opened packaging:
- AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY: Refuse the delivery or clearly note the damage on the delivery note before signing
- Photograph the damaged packaging and its contents
- Contact us immediately (maximum 24 hours) via:

- Send the photos and a detailed description of the damage
10.2 Missing or Incorrect Item
If you receive a different product than ordered or an item is missing:
- Check the order invoice (included in the parcel)
- Contact us within a maximum of 48 hours
- Provide:
- Order number
- Missing or incorrect product(s)
- Photos of the products received
STIVIKpro will send the correct product or the missing item(s) at no additional cost, after validating the claim.
10.3 Order Not Delivered / Lost Shipment
If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check whether someone at the delivery address received the parcel
- Contact the carrier using the number provided in the tracking email
- If it is not resolved with the carrier after 2 business days, contact STIVIKpro
STIVIKpro will open a formal claim with the carrier and will provide:
- Reshipment of the order (free of charge), or
- Full refund of the amount paid
The decision will be made after the carrier’s investigation (timeframe: 5–10 business days).

❓ How can I get free shipping?

❓ How long does dispatch take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order or high-value products may have longer lead times (communicated in advance).
❓ What is the delivery time?
CTT Expresso / MRW / DPD: 24–48 business hours after dispatch. DHL Express: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
❓ Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, only before dispatch. Contact us immediately at encomendas@stivikpro.com. After dispatch, the change must be made directly with the carrier.
❓ Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes! Select “In-store collection” at checkout. Available in Sintra (2–4h) and Lisbon (24–48h). Always free.
❓ Do you ship to the islands?
Yes! We ship regularly to the Azores and Madeira via GLS Sea Freight. Costs vary according to weight (see table in section 4). Estimated time: 5–10 business days.
❓ Do you ship to other EU countries besides Spain?
Yes! We ship regularly to more than 15 European Union countries via the GLS Eurobusiness Volume service. Costs vary according to the destination country (divided into 3 zones) and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Covered countries include: Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Italy, Ireland, among others.
❓ How much does it cost to ship to Germany or France?
Germany and France are part of Zone 1 (nearby) with prices starting from €17.77 for orders up to 3kg. The cost increases according to weight, up to €45.90 for 30–40kg. Estimated time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
❓ Do I have to pay customs for shipments within the EU?
No! All shipments within the European Union benefit from the free movement of goods. There are no customs costs, import duties or additional VAT. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
❓ What if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?
The carrier will make 2 delivery attempts. If both fail, the order will be available for collection at a carrier station or will be returned to STIVIKpro (reshipping costs may apply).
❓ Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check the status in your Customer Area.
