The STIHL HTA 50 Battery-Powered Long-Reach Pruner is ideal for domestic users looking to carry out regular tree maintenance and prune branches at height. Robust and easy to handle, it is also well suited to removing dead branches and general maintenance of woody plants in the garden. It is powered by lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AK system, with a nominal voltage of 36 V and maximum of 40 V, and can be used even in noise-sensitive areas without hearing protection.
The ergonomic handle keeps all controls within easy reach, with a control unit suited to both right- and left-handed operators. The rubber-coated grip ensures comfortable, secure handling during work. The STIHL PM3 1/4″ chain delivers high cutting performance, while the low weight and side chain tensioner allow comfortable, ergonomic, effortless operation. The semi-transparent oil tank cap makes it easy to check the level and refill quickly. The branch hook, included as standard, allows cut branches to be gathered and removed from height.
With a total length of 280 cm, the HTA 50 features a tool-free split shaft, significantly simplifying transport and storage. An optional tube extension is also available, extending the total length up to 330 cm. It is compatible with the STIHL Smart Connector 1.0 accessory.
