STIHL Service Kit 44

Essential maintenance components for reliable clearing saw performance 🔧

The STIHL Service Kit 44 brings together the essential replacement components for routine maintenance of compatible STIHL petrol clearing saws. It provides a convenient way to keep important engine service items in good condition.

Designed for both professional operators and domestic users, the kit supports preventative maintenance by allowing worn or contaminated components to be replaced as part of the manufacturer’s recommended servicing routine.

Inside the kit are a paper air filter, spark plug and fuel filter. Replacing these parts when required helps protect the engine against dirt entering the air or fuel system and supports dependable starting and efficient operation.

The paper air filter helps prevent abrasive particles from entering the engine, while the fuel filter reduces the risk of contaminants reaching the fuel system. The spark plug plays an important role in maintaining effective ignition.

Routine replacement is straightforward when following the relevant STIHL maintenance instructions. The machine’s combination wrench can be used for the appropriate service operations.

A cardboard hook integrated into the packaging makes removing the fuel filter more convenient.

STIHL UK lists this service kit for the FS 490, FS 491, FS 560 and FS 561 petrol clearing saws. Check your machine’s exact model before ordering.
