If there’s no way to sharpen your chain during work or if the cutting equipment needs to be replaced, you have the perfect solution with STIHL Cutting Kits.
With the STIHL Cut Kit 2, you can proactively ensure the cutting performance of your STIHL MS 170 gasoline chainsaw,  and MS 171; remains consistently high. This allows changing the chain and bar, adapted for your STIHL chainsaw, independently and accurately anywhere. This means your chain will be quickly ready for use again. You can access the instructions for changing the cutting unit, through the QR code that appears on your cut kit’s packaging, which will assist you during assembly. The STIHL cut kit 2 for STIHL MS 170 and STIHL MS 171 includes the following components to replace the cutting set:

• • 1 x bar STIHL Rollomatic E Mini, 3/8″ P, 1.1 mm
  • 2 x STIHL chains 3/8″ P Picco Micro 3 (PM3; 1.1 mm)

The lightweight STIHL Rollomatic E Mini bar helps you work with your chainsaw. It helps relieve back strain during long work intervals, for example when cutting firewood or small trees as you have to exert less force. The robust and resilient STIHL 3/8″ P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) chain offers high cutting performance. You can work comfortably with low kickback and vibrations, on smaller trees or to remove stronger branches.
